Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt und wurde den Möglichkeiten entsprechend gereinigt. Allerdings bemerkt man schnell, dass hier schon viele Familien mit Kindern Urlaub gemacht haben: Flecken und Macken an den Tapeten und auf den Teppichböden im Wohn- und Schlafbereich. "Very friendly staff. Cosy clean room with good bed. Good breakfast with lot to choose from (buffet). Restaurant with good food and service. Plenty of parking lots. Nice hotel that is very well maintained indoors and outdoors as well. Small village, but nice to walk around in it. No elevator and quite steep stairs."

"We bought the location. But of course hoped for a nice hotel too. The pictures weren’t bad. In reality it’s dull, tight, incommodious, and we had a broken piece of furniture. Very clean though, with a nice coffee smell (but no way to have a coffee unless you go out or did not forget to fill in and submit a breakfast form last night, given that the nearest cafes are closed till noon). Next time in Oybin, we will choose a different place, sorry"
