"We arrived at urban elephant suites early and it wasn't a problem to check in early, cause our suite was ready. Staff was very helpful and let us check in early. We were tired after the trip and that let us get some rest before going out to the city. Suite was very comfy and had everything we needed. The view from 6th floor junior suite was really nice and added greatness to our lovely stay. "
