Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Didn't indulge in the pool so I cannot speak to that. The one thing that I didn't like was the breakfast. Most hotels offer complimentary breakfast, and HP 8 degrees had an attached cafe where breakfast was discounted for guests, but not complimentary.

Staff are patient and helpful, immediately responded to our needs. Thanks for them to make our stay comfortable and convenient. Just a short bench in the lobby and it's always occupied by guests. We have no place to sit and has to stand in the lobby while waiting for a car coming to pick us up to the airport. There should be some more sofas and bench for guests in the lobby.

Good value for Long Stay holiday

Cleanliness is excellent. Staff are polite and helpful. The location is good for travelling around. Shuttle bus available hourly to shopping districts in Tsim Sha Tsui district.

Property had a shuttle bus in to town which was extremely handy. Small things like tea spoons to go with tea and coffee cups in your room would be handy. In saying that, anything that we requested was provided without any issues.

Many of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The shuttle to the train station is very convenient. A note about the 3 shuttle locations with a map when reserving would make this stay 10/10.
