I was delighted with our stay, my boyfriend wasn’t happy about having to go to the onsen to shower, but he got into the spirit and enjoyed himself."

"Onsen outside on the river was fantastic and perfect after a day walking. Breakfast was limited and dining options with walking distance very limited. Room was large and traditional Japanese style was extremely comfortable to sleep. "

"Nice traditional room, and fun Japan-style resort experience. The cave onsen is phenomenal! Also convenient that the Lawson’s is on site near the lobby. Only downside, I was hoping for a spa-like massage, but bypassed since it had the ambiance of a physical therapy or bone-setting clinic. "

"Tried to check out and could not as they did not have staff to take payment. Had to leave to make it to bus in order to catch my train and flight. Has to go to extraordinary lengths to pay them after. Also extremely overpriced for this hotel, would never come back."
