"Our stay was pleasant. The breakfast was phenomenal and the hotel staff was nice. We found the check in process slightly confusing but once we got in the room was tidy and as described in the listing. Unfortunately, one of us was bitten multiple times by a bug or spider while sleeping. Overall, we enjoyed the town and the location. I would stay here again but being my own bedding."

"We had a great stay at the Royal Villa in the Heart of Munich! Susi was a great host and made us feel very welcome. The house was spacious and comfortable. The location was quiet and we easily navigated the transit system. It was a lovey home and I would recommend it."

Mr. and Mrs. Münch were very friendly and always concerned about the satisfaction of their guests, we were bought breakfast because we arrived late and picked up from the S-Bahn, and since we were traveling without a car, we did not have to take a cab, because Mr. Münch had offered to drive us to the next station over the days - very comfortable and practical! "Das Haus ist super, alles sehr neu und gepflegt. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, obwohl das Wetter zu wünschen ließ. Etwas enttäuscht waren wir vom Ammersee, da es gefühlt nur wenige Stellen in dießen gibt, wo man länger am Stück mit direktem seeblick laufen kann, da Privatgrumdstücke den Blick versperren. Das Dorf selbst ist wirklich nett."

"Der Urlaub war sehr schön, einziger Minuspunkt war, das die Zimmer im oberen Stockwerk trotz täglichen Lüften sehr warm waren, und es in diesem Haus nur ein WC, sowie ein Bad gibt. Dieses wurde aber in der Beschreibung auch angegeben. Ansonsten war alles bestens, eine sehr nette Vermieterin, schöne Terrasse mit Garten, ruhig gelegen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt."

"Es war alles soweit un Ordnung und wie beschrieben. Allerdings hätte man gerne vor Ankunft mal feucht durchwischen können. Schließlich bezahlt man ja auch für die Endreinigung. Vielleicht war auch länger keiner mehr da. Lage ist top für Erholungssuchende. Man ist zu Gast auf dem Land, das muss einem klar sein, dann passt es."

Extremely happy with our stay
"The hotel is very conveniently located nearby the Munich Central Station and the bus station. Considering such an optimal location, the hotel is not overwhelmingly expensive. It is quite affordable, very comfortable, clean and eco friendly. The hotel has an award system to help with more greenness. The sheets seem to be high quality Egyptian cotton and the bed is very comfy. The cherry on top is that it has a super sweet garden that you could sit and drink something. Now the best of the best of our experience is the front desk personnel. There were two different young men at our check in and the evening time. Each of them were so nice and helpful. I asked the name of the young man that helped me in the evening and he said anyone in the hotel would have been equally helpful. I can certify that he is right. "
