Lovely apartments in the heart of Kazimierz. Check in is via a door access code (sent to you on the morning of arrival) and the key card to your room is left in a lockbox outside your door. We had a spacious, clean room with a balcony. The bed is big and comfy, apartment is equipped with a kitchen and plenty of seating areas. A nice modern bathroom is also included, however, the rain shower in our room was leaking when in use to the point that the water pressure suffered. We had to use the smaller shower head, instead. There is a breakfast service with food being delivered to your room, however, there are many great restaurants and cafes a few steps away, we always choose to eat out. Fantastic location, directly in the centre of the old Jewish quarter and a 15 minute walk (5 minutes by tram) ride to the main square. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Loved staying at this apartment. Great location, close to many nice coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Very walkable area but also close to tram if required. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was located on a quiet street. I would thoroughly recommend this accommodation and would definitely stay again.

We really had a lovely stay at this property and would definitely recommend and stay again. Location is great in the heart of the Jewish quarter in-between the old town and ghetto areas. The apartment was lovely and well kept.

The property is great. In a good location - we e could walk everywhere. The only downside is the area can be busy at night and if the windows are open there is quite a lot of noise. However the property does have air conditioning if it were hot. All in all the apartment has everything you need for a weekend break and 300m from river and a c 1 mile to the Old Town. We wouldn't hesitate to come back here.

Great location, property size good for a family of four. Main shower head needs replacing (smaller second head was fine) bathroom drainage could smell at times, small issues easily rectified. Would recommend this property.

fab location, great apartment and good facilities. Fantastic for price. Breakfast was a little misleading - given options and asked to message the day before with request for next day but got the same breakfast requested on first morning rather then the change we asked each day? Needs to be clearer if only one option for whole stay

Room itself was lovely and in a great location. However the lack of anyone on reception was difficult and severely tested when my room key didn’t work one night. Also the lack of a cleaning service during our stay was annoying with a lack of towels and toilet roll by our last day. All in all though it was a nice place and I would stay again.

Great but with limitations

The apartment was great. Really great! Spotlessly clean, modern and in great location. However there is only housekeeping every 3 days. This is NOT mentioned in Hotels.com or BC 29 Residence websites. It is clearly stated in the information in the apartment itself. Bit late! That information should be made clear to the customer BEFORE they book/turn up. Also, Hotels.com told me I was due a bottle of wine as a VIP Silver customer. The property said they don’t partake of that promotion. Hotels.com told me its availability dependant. Poor advertising! If the property doesn’t offer that then REMOVE it from your description! However the property manager kindly honoured it from his own pocket. Communication with property manager sometimes not great as messages go through Hotels.com. We got managers WhatsApp and that was great. Reception only manned very occasionally. I wouldn’t stay here again. Not due to the property, but because I like the services offered by a normal hotel eg breakfast in a restaurant, someone on reception to communicate easily with, and daily housekeeping.

Fantastic place! Very clean, breakfasts were amazing, a great way to start the day. Well placed, at walking distance of the historic centre and in the middle of the beautiful Kazimierz neighborhood. Coffee shops, convenient stores (with wine and beers) and restaurants all very close. The host are great and communicate well! I highly recommend this place if you intend to stay in Krakow.

Apartment in an excellent location. Modern and clean. Kitchen small but adequate as we didn’t do any cooking. Has aircon which was a godsend as got very hot on the mezzanine level. Beds very comfortable. Only issue was the bathroom had musty smell after showering
