To begin with, the hotel boasts a privileged location; the welcome at the entrance is very warm, and the staff is helpful with any questions or concerns you may have. The room was spotless, the scent was exceptional, and the food in the restaurant exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this place to stay in if your are planning to travel soon.

Exquisitely designed hotel. The staff were most friendly & accommodating. Breakfast every morning was a pure delight. The rooms were extremely comfortable & the linens, towels & bathrobes were luxurious. The hotel was in close proximity & within walking distance of the main square & castle. Shops, restaurants & place of interest were in close abundance. It was an absolute delight to stay here & I highly recommend.

Very central for everything. Just a short walk to the square and just below Wawel Castle. The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast was good.

A beautiful hotel in the Heart of Krakow, close to all the historical sites and a stones throw from the Castle. We have had a wonderful stay at the Balthazar Design Hotel, everything was absolutely perfect, the staff were all super helpful and polite, the decor beautiful, and luxurious and we couldn’t have asked for more. We ate dinner in the restaurant twice during our stay and the quality of the food was superb, we also had breakfast every morning at the hotel which was incredible. Thank you to all the team at the Balthazar, we hope to return again one day.

The Balthazar design hotel was amazing. The hotel is beautiful, super clean and everyone at the hotel was very helpful. Breakfast was Delicious. It's a great location, very close to the castle and a quick walk to many other sites in Krakow

I very much enjoyed my stay. The location was perfect. Right in the middle of restaurants and shops. The staff are amazing. So friendly and helpful. The room very clean and comfortable. The restaurant for dinner is a must. You have to try the cauliflower salad for your starter.

Outstanding! Staff were so professional and organized. They all spoke fluent English. Rooms and hallways were spotless. The location is perfect (between the main square and the castle/river). I would recommend to anyone going to Krakow.

What a great place to stay. Loved it here. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay the best possible. They helped us book a last minute tour which was much appreciated. I’d 100 percent recommend this hotel to anyone. Location is great, restaurants nearby are fabulous and the entire experience was amazing.

We didn't buy the breakfast add-on when booking, but should have! The breakfast is huge and a full sit-down meal. They also do breakfast bags if you need to leave early for a tour. The entire place is immaculately clean. The staff go well above and beyond to help. The room was a really good size, and the bathroom was large as well. They leave a local lore story every day in the room, which we really liked and looked forward to every day. They helped arrange an airport transfer on our last day, and we should have used them for our trip at the beginning. Our room was above the main street and was very quiet. Highly recommend staying here. We look forward to visiting again.
