An excellent hotel in a great location, with most of the main tourist attractions just around the corner. We loved the breakfast—it was very varied and generous, and the service throughout the hotel was excellent. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this hotel. The entire team is very professional, attentive, and committed to providing excellent service.

It is a beautiful hotel located right on the Main Market Square. There were more amenities than I would ever use. Included breakfast was awesome. If I ever go back to Krakaw, I will definitely stay at the Boneroski. It is the best hotel I have been in all my travels to Europe.

This Hotel is wonderful. The location is a 10. right where everything is happening. the service is incredible; they even prepare a lunch box for our visit to Austwick that we were picked up so early. The breakfast was very big with mimosas, and a la cart and a great selection of fruits, chesses, charcutiers, yogurts. etc. The rooms are big, decorated with a classic style, from the era, that resembles the old town area. with modern amenities. All the staff incredibly helpful. I cannot be more grateful that our stay in Krakow was fantastic. For me a hotel is a big part of the trip. and this Hotel just put a 10 in our whole experience in Krakow

Here's a shorter version: --- We stayed at Bonerowski Hotel with our 1.5-year-old and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly accommodating and caring — when our room had some issues, they quickly helped us switch to a different one without any hassle. The location is amazing, and the whole place felt genuinely toddler-friendly. We'd happily stay here again with our little one!

The luxury apartment with the city view was absolutely beautiful and the view of the square is amazing. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. It’s perfect if you want to be in the square and central to all the must see spots in Krakow.

A truly special find in Krakow’s best location. The hotel is housed in a 13th-century building, which means rooms have real character — expect charming architectural quirks and unique layouts rather than cookie-cutter uniformity. For anyone who appreciates history and atmosphere, this is a feature, not a flaw. Every staff member was genuinely patient, helpful, and warm. At breakfast, the French toast is not to be missed. The restaurant team went above and beyond — they even prepared a to-go double espresso on request, which set the tone for a perfect morning exploring the Old Town. If you’re looking for a atmospheric, well-located base with soul, look no further. I’d book it again without hesitation.
