The staff were lovely and helpful, the hotel room was exactly what we needed and comfortably fit three adults in seperate beds. Couldn't get a better location, walking distance to everything.

A super, modern hotel ten minutes walk from main railway station and ten minutes walk to the square. Breakfast was delicious with a huge range of savoury and sweet options. They prepared a lunch bag for us when we had a very early start to Auschwitz. Bed was super comfy and room and bathroom were spotless. Room was warm though and when we opened the window, there was noise from the street below. A room on a higher floor and at the back would be perfect but this did not spoil our stay. Lovely friendly, helpful staff who stored our bags after check out. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others for location, cleanliness, breakfast and value for money.

We stayed for one night as a group of three adults. We were given a spacious, clean, and modern room. The reception staff was very courteous. The hotel reception operates 24/7, so checking out at 2:00 AM was not a problem. The hotel is very close to the Old City and the Galleria Mall, so there is no need for a car or public transportation.

This hotel was really great. The place is well maintained and nicely decorated and set up. The location was close enough to the market square without feeling like it was chaotic. Our stay was lovely and we would definitely book again.

Been to Krakow on multiple occasions and this was my first time staying at Atrium and it didn't disappoint. Met Agnes as soon we entered the premises and she is not to be forgotten. Agnes is an absolute pleasure to deal with and helpful with everything. Hotel location is perfect to explore the local markets, only 5 minute walk from the main square. All staff we encountered were lovely and the rooms were top class, clean and modern. Would highly recommend.
