Everything about the hotel was perfect for our stay complimentary upgrade to a terrace suite on arrival. Amenities in the room were great. Location 20minute walk to old town market. Plenty of choice for breakfast and even had a meal in the bar which was good. We visited mak cafe for coffee and cake which is 2 mins from hotel best coffee and cake ever and very reasonably priced.

Excellent hotel, great location. We liked the 10/15 minute walk to the old town. The hotel is great, staff are amazing. Rooms are a little small but certainly not uncomfortable. The decor is great, I was worried it would be a bit much but it was perfect. Check in and out quick and easy and luggage storage was useful and secure. Light in the sauna didn’t work, tv kept turning itself off after a few minutes (not there for tv but..), no soap in the public toilet, no extraction in the bathroom. But that is as much as I can fault so it’s small. Breakfast was very good, quality and fresh and really have to say again that the staff were really nice and helpful

This is the second time I've stayed this year. Hotel staff are friendly and attentive. Rooms are modern, tidy, and well maintained. Breakfast had a good selection, but do with being a bit more varied. However, it was tasty and reliable. Overall another pleasant experience and would recommend.

Great location, within walking distance of all major sites. Straddling the old town and the former ghetto. Lovely hotel, has everything you need for a short break. I recommend booking airport transfers directly through the hotel.

Modern & tidy rooms, friendly & competent personnel and a very tasty breakfast that was one of the best I ever had - with a good mix of traditional polish dishes and usual ones. The location is good with a tram stop right in front of the entrance. My room was not on this side, so I cannot say whether it was loud with closed windows. Overall, a very good experience

Very well located hotel, within the Jewish Quarter and a short tram ride to Old Town. Room and bathroom were very small, but very clean. The entire hotel has a colorful fun vibe! I traveled with another women and felt very safe walking all around the area.

The hotel is very convenient for all areas of interest. Especially for access to Jewish quarter for restaurants. The old town was also in walking distance to the hotel. Hotel offered a reasonable breakfast and having 12.Oclock check out was very helpful.
