Pas aussi bien qu'il n'y paraît

De la rouille sur par endroit, un mini frigo qui fonctionne a moitié ( et dont de l'eau en coule ) La lampe principale de la chambre ne fonctionne pas. Un énorme vis qui sors du lit sur lequel ont pourrais facilement se blesser. La chambre n'a été nettoyer qu'une fois sur 4 nuit. 2 prise électrique murale ( dont une cachée et l'autre qui fonctionne a peu près ) Petit déjeuner basique mais suffisant Personnel très sympathique et serviable Je m'y suis rendu pour un événement se passant au Expo Krakow et ces assez bien placer pour ça... par contre loin du centre ville et les environ sont très industriels et pas très beau/acceuillant

Nice hotel with comfortable rooms. The place is quiet and calm. Only negative point is the connection with the center of the city by public transport but Uber/taxi is filling the gap. Really close to EXPO Krakow (15 mins by walking).

Nie wiem czemu ten hotel ma 4 gwiazdki, jak dla mnie to maksymalnie powinien posiadać tylko 2! Brak wyboru jedzenia w restauracji, dostępne tylko obiado-kolacja w formie bufetu! Nigdy nie wrócę oraz nie polecam.

Rezerwując pokój zaznaczyłam opcje z łóżkiem podwójnym,niestety Pan w recepcji dał nam z dwoma łóżkami ,po interwencji dostaliśmy z podwójnym ,przeprosił Nas i powiedział ze nie widział tego w systemie .Wszystko odbyło sie w miłej atmosferze.Pokój czysty łazienki na 3+ łóżka natomiast b .twarde jak dla Nas nie dało się spać . Na dużą pochwałę zasługują śniadania pyszne ,bogate.Plusem jest basen ,niestety nie mieliśmy okazji skorzystać z niego. Cały pobyt oceniam na 4+ .Minusem niedziałająca klima ( 28 stopni na zawnątrz)

Cztery gwiazdki to tylko element nazwy hotelu

Cztery gwiazdki są obecnie elementem nazwy hotelu, a nie wyznacznikiem jakości. Hotel zdobył 4 gwiazki w 2000 roku i zdaje się, że od tego momenu nic się w hotelu nie zmieniło. Łóżko to zwykły tapczan, w łazience stara zasłona zamiast kabiny, toaleta na jakimś dziwnym podwyższeniu przez co niższym osobom mogą zwisać nogi, brak mydła w dozowniku pod prysznicem. Ponadto w całym hotelu w częsciach wspólnych panowała temperatura ok. 29 stopni, pomino działającej klimatyzacji. W pokoju było nieco lepiej, ale poniżej 24 stopni nam się nie udało zejść. Jedyny plus to basen, dla gości hotelu bezpłatny. Ale ręczniki trzeba było wziąć z pokoju, nie dostaliśmy osobnych. No i rok po wprowadzeniu RODO, hotel posługuje się nieaktualnymi wzorami zgód na przetwarzanie danych osobowych i wymaga podania takich danych jak numer dowodu czy pesel.

Bardzo przykre doświadczenie. Pokoje już od dawna proszą się o konieczny remont i wymianę wszystkich mebli. Pokój dostałem np. z dziura na nakryciu łóżka i poplamionymi firanami nie wspominając już o stanie i czystości wykładziny. A jakby ktoś chciał podczas wyjazdu skorzystać z basenu lub siłowni to niestety musi czekać do godziny 9:00 gdyż wcześniej wszystko jest zamknięte. śniadanie też nie powala. Doprawdy nie mam pojęcia dlaczego ten hotel ma 4 gwiazdki gdyż z porównania z innymi obiektami wynika, iż niektóre obiekty z 2 gwiazdkami oferują dużo wyższy standard.

L'ascensore dell'hotel è stato guasto per tutti i 5 giorni della nostra visita, la mia stanza era al secondo piano. La colazione era scarsa e le poche cose che c'erano era di bassa qualità. Uniche note positive: la piscina e il parcheggio, che erano compresi nel prezzo. Hotel trascurato e gestito, a mio avviso, da troppo poco personale

Sono stato a Cracovia per un viaggio di lavoro di 3 giorni;l hotel è a 7 km dal centro...raggiungibile preferibilmente col taxi che se non viene utilizzato nella ora di punta è a buon mercato (circa 30 pln= 5 €).Hotel tranquillo,colazione e ristorante discreta,personale disponibile ,piscina al coperto confortevole

Fine for a one or two nights stay

The hotel was OK however we did find the quality of bedding and mattress to be below expectations for a 4 star and the combination of pink and green deco in the room a little weird. Staff were very helpful, restaurant food was good.

Beställde transfer, kom aldrig så vi tog taxi, vilket var ganska mycket billigare. WiFi fungerade i princip inte alls. De sa att "det blir kanske bättre imorgon" till alla hotellgäster som klagade. Man fick bara ett nyckelkort, vilket var lite omständigt eftersom vi bodde två på rummet. Vi bad om ett till men de var tydligen slut? Taxi var tvunget pga läget. Frukosten var tråkig...i princip bara torra mackor. Man kunde beställa omelett, som också var torr. Badet var ok. Kommer inte tillbaka.

MAUVAISE ORGANISATION

Pas de reception wi-fi dans ma chambre , des traces noires sur les murs mais le restaurant , le petit -déjeuner et le personnel sont biens.
