The door threshold made entry to the room awkward for our electric wheelchair, but we compromised by using our walker to effect entry and exit. Dinner in the Restaurant was excellent, with friendly, helpful service.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Friendly in all areas, restaurant bar and reception. We were leaving very early one morning to go to Auschwitz and we were given a packed lunch which was a great help to us.

Very nice hotel, very helpful stall, rooms are clean, very good breakfast ( good selection of food) The only thing that has been missing is the quality of pillows & very small room & bathroom. Overall I would recommend it due to location.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Good clean conditions, comfortable beds. Balcony with a view. It was in a very central location, that was relatively easy to get to. The staff were friendly. All in all, if I were to return to Krakow in the future, I would definitely consider staying here again.

The location is excellent! Close to Old Town, museums, variety of restaurants and caffes. The big inconvenience is lack of air conditioning in the rooms making staying sleeping very difficult on the warm nights. There is a small fan in the room, however not enough for a comfortable sleep. We stayed there during a heat wave and sleeping was extremely difficult. The breakfast buffet is very good with wide variety of food and drinks. Staff is very helpful and courteous.

I can recommend this hotel. It was clean, room was new and not worn down at all. The hotel is well located and the staff was friendly. My room was in the second building at the back and there was no traffic noice during night. Breakfast was good. Only minus was that there is no minibar / fridge in the room.

The hotel was perfect for our needs. The room was warm and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. We took the bus and tram from the airport. This took us to within 4 minutes of the hotel. The bar and cafe served good value drinks. The hotel was very close to the main square. And, there is a fabulous cafe in the same building serving traditional polish fayre. We will stay here again next time we visit Krakow.
