I didn't end up staying at the property. The property manager did not respond to communications through the app or the phone number they provided. There were no check-in instructions provided and the property manager did not respond at all to my our your representatives so i had to cancel my trip as there were no other similar options available due to the timing.Communicating with offshore customer support was a miserable experience with 90 minute wait times with representatives that were only responding with a script. I still haven't been refunded despite multiple communications with customer service.
