"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Vrbak. The location is excellent, and the unique architecture gives the hotel a special charm and character. Everything was very clean and well maintained, with the exception of the shower tiles, where there was some visible mold that could use attention. The staff were extremely kind, polite, and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return. With a little more attention to the bathroom tiles, this hotel would be truly exceptional!"

"Very nice property, with beautiful rooms and excellent breakfast. Great art throughout the halls. Housekeeping was superb. There is daily offer of 90min to have alone time in Finnish sauna and jacuzzi. You have three rooms to pick from, all 3 different. Improvements to be considered by the managment include free parking for guests, instead charge of €5 per day, tissues and body lotion, and bigger soap in the bathroom, adjustible air condition (does not go lower than 22C). Door handles were not tied securely, and shampoo / conditioner bottles could not stick to the wall - found them on the floor. Some reception staff and waitress was dissinterested."

"The hotel is clean, beautifully renovated, and the staff very professional. Everything was perfect. The parking situation is a little tricky because there is not a lot of space but we were lucky enough to have a spot every day of our stay."

"Truly a hidden gem in Kragujevac! Rooms have everything you want: AC (not common in Europe), large comfy bed, waterfall shower, and a mini-bar. Service was amazing. The staff was very friendly and could speak English, so communicating was no problem! The resturant was incredibly good (kudos to the chef!)! I had at least 5 meals there and each one was delicious. I highly recommend ordering the chivapi! So good!"

"Great location. Right downtown. The hotel is quite new and the rooms are spotless. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the breakfast as well. I would highly recommend this hotel."
