Exit to the balcony. Shower/WC. Underfloor heating. Solar power. Balcony, south facing position. Marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car). E-charging station.
