"The apartment was booked and duly paid in advance.
When we arrived at the location, we tried to contact property, but at the beginning nobody answered. After couple of calls and messages a woman answered and said that all the apartments were booked and that she didn't know what we are talking about.
After that, we called again, and man answered. He also told us that he is not aware of reservation, that he does not use Hotels.com for advertisement and that he doesn’t have an apartment at that...

"This place was perfect for our needs and we didn't have any issues with noise as reported by another guest. Proper black out curtains and better communication from the host would be our only suggestions. There was only 2 of us, I think 4 people would have been too much of a squeeze. Clean and cute apartment that is centrally located was perfect for our 3 night stay especially at the very reasonable price"

"My wife and I had a great two-night stay at the Movenpick Fruske Residence. The warm weather, water park and saunas made for great relaxing time in a very clean and well-maintained area. We stayed two weeks earlier with our kids, and between our stays, they opened a new pool and grassy area to sun in. The choice of several different saunas was enjoyable. Our room, in the "Residence," one of five hotels in the complex, was spacious, clean, large balcony, refrigerator and stove top burners in case you want to prepare your own food. Overall, I highly recommend it."
