It was good overall but the morning breakfast rush is something to avoid; make sure you don't go down to the lobby before 9.15am, otherwise you are in for a surprise :)

Perfect for one night but phone and safe didn’t work. Reception lady offered to move us to another room but it really wasn’t worth the effort just for the one night. Staff were very friendly but breakfast was mediocre. Really nothing nearby but a short drive to town centre.

New or newly refurbished. Nice looking rooms and bathrooms, however not a lot of space to store bags and clothes. The rooms have been soundproofed way better than competitor hotels but not perfect. Breakfast is ok, a few options available without being outstanding. Parking is €12 per night and it gets busy more often than not... There is a risk to have to park on the road in odd locations (not many designated parking spaces available). I would stay here again as this was the best hotel I have been in the area up to date.

Breakfast facilities too small for the amount of guests. On sunday there was no table free for breakfast. Staff knocks on your door already at 8 am to "clean the room". Hotel is situated in a business zone, so nothing to do in the near environment. It was hard to find restaurants in Krefeld and there were no suggestions from te hotel.

Das Personal war größtenteils freundlich. Beim Frühstück muss ich unbedingt einen Punkt abziehen. Ich kann nicht verstehen, warum man den Gästen immer aufgebackene Brötchen anbietet, die schmecken, als wären sie von vor zwei Tagen. In dieser Preisklasse muss man mit einem Bäcker kooperieren und frische Backwaren anbieten. Ein weiterer Abzugspunkt ist für den Kollegen an der Rezeption, der uns das Gefühl gegeben hat, wir würden stören. Kein Lächeln, keine freundlichen Worte... Ansonsten ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis angemessen. Das Zimmer ist geräumig, ruhig und modern eingerichtet.

Endroit calme loin de tout. Accès rapide des grands axes. Parking payant à l’hôtel car as beaucoup d’autres possibilités à proximité. Sécurité accrue avec badges à l’entrée, pour prendre l’ascenseur et escaliers. Il y a un bar, pas de restaurant mais pizza ou flamekush dispo. Il faut demander si vous voulez que l’on fasse votre chambre « écologie » bon je ne vois pas ce que faire les lits n’est pas Ecolo (tout à fait d’accord pour les serviettes). Petit déjeuner correct mais pas assez de places pour s’installer à table. Un Hotel 3*. Personnel agréable.

Wir sind bereits mehrmals Gast im Hotel gewesen. Es war fast alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Leider fehlte im Zimmer der Schreibtisch. Dies wurde bereits beim Check in angegeben, leider erfolgte keine Reaktion. Toll fanden wir zu Ostern die bunten Eier und die Hasen- Brötchen beim Buffett.

Das Hotel ist zwar in einem Industriegebiet, aber dafür hat man seine Ruhe. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber und das Frühstück völlig in Ordnung und reichhaltig (keine Ahnung, warum hier manche meckern). Der Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Haustür, was ich immer super finde. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Zur Info, es gibt kein Restaurant im Hotel oder in der Nähe - d.h. am besten vorher etwas essen oder etwas mitbringen. :)

Great newer and clean place. Only thing that gets really annoying is the amount of smoking that generally sits right in front of the doors. Not something I want to smell with breakfast and evening drinks continuously. Staff should ensure the people who want to partake in the habit, are nearer to corner so it does not keep blowing into the hotel.

Prima hotel alleen de douche was matig en op zondag ontbijten is echt een ramp.....ruimte is te klein waardoor je of moet wachten of aan de bar of andere tafeltjes moet gaan zitten. Het ontbijt zelf is prima en zou ook zeker terug komen maar niet van zaterdag op zondag.

Last van lawaai van andere gasten laat in de avond/ s nachts. Hotelkamer is tijdens ons verblijf (2 nachten) niet schoongemaakt terwijl er staat dat er dagelijks wordt schoongemaakt. Daardoor naar receptie om extra handdoeken te vragen.

No so good customer service

My experience with my wife was bad. Staff are not friendly and information's requested was reluctantly given. I remember asking about parking provision and had to be fighting with the machine out side after being sent several times only for the receptionist to tell me that I can pay for the parking in the office.
