"I had a very nice week at City Pension Berlin. The place is two minutes from S-bahn station Charlottenburg, which make it easy to get around in the city. My room was clean and I slept very well in a nice bed. I found the staff friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good. It was a nice atmosphere there. Right next to the pension there are lots of restaurants, cafès and shops. I would come back next time in Berlin!"

"The toilet is separated from the room. Although it’s technically classed as a private bathroom you have to unlock a side door, walk through an open hallway - with a water boiler and fire exit on the left - and then unlock the bathroom door. It’s ok for me but for some people, this wouldn’t feel private. "

"The hotel seems a bit worn in places, the cleaning could be better and the check in macine did not work at first when we checked in. But the flats are spaceous, well equipped and the location is nearly perfect in the Charlottenburg area. We will certainly recommend the hotel to others."

"I picked this hotel because it was close to Tegel airport, My flight left at 10:45 am and I had a rental car. I parked my car right in front of the hotel. BUT: they were not serving breakfast, in spite of the fact that the website said that breakfast could be bought The worst part is that they would not accept credit card payment. At the end of a trip, people are usually low on cash. I had to walk for 20 minutes each way to get to a U-tube station here I could get some money out from an ATM....

"This hotels bathroom tub is a little too high for small and average people. I slipped and fell and bruised my upper whole right thigh. Older people please be careful!! The bar on the roof top is very nice, cold and windy but nice ambience."
