We could sit on the large shared deck and enjoy the view of the lake with a cup of coffee or walk across the park to the lake in one minute. There is a lovely park between the apartment and the lake where you can rest on one of the many benches and enjoy the peace of the lake water and beautiful mountains beyond. "This was our second time back to this cozy cottage! It was once again one of our favorite little getaways out in the mountains! Clean, comfy, cozy, and the most amazing views! We enjoyed using the hot tub to watch the sunrise over the mountains. The location is perfect, easy to get to Steamboat for a day trip, hikes all around, close to Granby, Fraser, and Winter Park. Dale is so kind and great with communication. We will be back again someday!"

"It's 1.4 miles to the base where you can catch a free shuttle into town. You can walk the road but there is no shoulder and coming back up at night or with groceries is grueling even if you are in good shape and love to hike. Other units in the same building offer a free shuttle service or people have a car. They should make the fact that you need a car much more clear in the listing. The airport shuttle will drop you off here and pick you up here but after that you are on your own. Uber is $25...

"Wonderful spot for our fam of 6. Comfy beds, cozy fireplace, dark rooms for great sleep. Even the pull out couch bed was comfortable. Kitchen has everything we needed to cook. Very walkable to slopes daily. Little Bit of a hike going up 3 flights of stairs but property offers wagons to help with trip From car to condo. Very prompt responses from manager. Would definitely stay here again."

"Property itself was really nice and clean. Loved the Safeway right across the street. Only bad thing was the ladies that were at the front desk were not really letting us know anything, and had to ask them for basic information. I would have loved to know since the beginning, that part of the property was under construction which also meant that some of the amenities were not available."
