The room was pretty standard, but the location was very good. Our balcony looked out on the Yampa River and a great Hot Springs is right across the street.

Friendly and very accommodating staff. Although it is a little older facility, it is overall well cared for and mostly clean. If you are a bit of a clean freak, you might be a little disappointed.
