"This is a pleasant 3* hotel. Room was fine, but nothing fancy. Our room had a balcony. Parking is under the hotel, and can be reached by the elevator. Hotel is well located - about a block (through a "tunnel") from the central square. Room could have used more lighting. Desk clerk (Lucia) very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again."

"Let's start with the positives. The reception desk and café staff, were incredibly helpful and kind. The room was clean. The dining space was updated and clean and the staff did their best. The grounds were well kept. The negative were the other staff. No one spoke English and did not attempt to communicate in any other language, verbal or non-verbal. Penzión na Kopci

Penzión na Kopci

10/10 Excellent
"Absolutely stunning location with a great view from the terrace. Breakfast and lunch at the restaurant were delicious. Steak tartar was flawless. Staff very helpful, especially as we were travelling with a toddler- nothing was too much trouble. Loved the home made jam at breakfast. We would definitely return. Thank you for your hospitality."
