The house is comfortable and equipped to a high standard in every respect. It offers plenty of space for up to six adults and two additional small children. In cooler seasons, the sauna in the house beckons, in the living room the fireplace spreads cozy warmth while you play a movie on your Blu-Ray player. There is underfloor heating in all rooms. This vacation home has a fast fiber optic connection.

On warm days you can have breakfast with the whole family on the spacious terrace, make yourself comfortable on the beautiful garden furniture and end the day with a cozy barbecue.

The vacation village Wardersee is located in the nature park of Holstein Switzerland. Between forests, meadows, rivers and lakes you will find peace and relaxation, as well as suggestions and opportunities for a variety of activities for the whole family. The bathing area at the Wardersee is only a few steps away from the house. You can cool off in the clear water, then relax on the lawn or stroll back to your own terrace in your bathrobe.

Anglers and golfers will also get their money's worth. In the immediate vicinity you will find three fishing ponds. A special permit is required for fishing. On the other side of the lake there is an 18-hole golf course for professionals or beginners. You can explore the varied landscape and wildlife of Schleswig-Holstein by bike or on foot. There are beautiful hiking routes and many low-traffic roads and paths for cyclists*. Also a ride in the nature is possible due to the nearby horse farm.

For children, the Trappenkamp adventure forest with nature play areas, game enclosures and adventure trails is a great destination. You can also easily reach Hamburg and Lübeck as well as various Baltic Sea resorts.
