The only thing that we missed that we had to find out by ourselves how to arrive to the slopes( and it was not easy due to the location of house 4) and there is no info about the ski bus as well. "Pros: Das Haus ist wundervoll. Sehr schön und mit liebe eingerichtet. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft. Es ist (bis auf Kornflakes-SchĂŒsseln) wirklich alles vorhanden. Cons: Leider gibt's doch 2 Mankos, welche aber nicht zum ersten Mal angebracht werden. Zum einen sind da die Duschen ... Es ist unmöglich zu duschen ohne die BĂ€der zu fluten - da sollten ggf DuschtĂŒren nachtrĂ€glich angebracht werden. Das zweite Manko sind die Matratzen ... Buckenhart!!! Man liegt darauf wie auf einer mit Stoff...

"Spacious and comfortable chalet for two families. You can access one of the slopes through the resort via improvised ski forest route. Relax in sauna apres ski. Fully equipped winter home. Don't forget snowchains! Finding the place was difficult. Instructions were very poor. We spent 1 hour to find the house. Please change batteries in remote controls from time to time. We couldn't control any of the TV'S."

"Loved the area eventhough a bit smaller all was really well set up. Cleaning the house. It wasn’t dirty but quite some dust was still in the cabinets and bedroom floors. I would also recommend to leave some cleaning products to keep the kitchen and Collings area clean. This is not something one would want to buy extra."

"Check in was a very good experience, friendly helpful staff, although it was a bit disappointing that our room wasn’t ready at around 3:45. OK, website says 4
 Parking situation was another matter, from a staff and systems perspective this needs some changes. It’s a complicated system and they do not provide a concise set of instructions to take with you or make a snapshot of. Our biggest gripe was the unfriendly, hostile nature of the underground parking lot attendant (tall, thin, in his 50’s) at around 07:00. Rapid speech, arrogance, “our system works perfectly”, and loudness got to the point where I nearly stepped out of the car for a more thorough confrontation which he came very close to earning. My German is good so I understand what was being conveyed. Other than that
no issues."
