"Very disappointed upon arrival to see the condition of the house. We left after only being there for an hour and were forced to stay in a hotel. The Host was not cooperative when messaging and claimed that the cleaning crew did not do a good job. We have asked for a full refund multiple times and the host has not responded. Unacceptable Examples The whole house had a distinct odor Trash can full of filth Floors we covered in grime and sticky film throughout Counter tops greasy Bugs/Flies...

"first I want to start saying that the house is not secluded like the title says, there are a lot of neighbors near the house and they even complaint about my group saying we were loud and recorded us.. so where’s the privacy?.. "We had a really nice time at the house! Plenty of space for everyone. The kids had fun with the entertainment available in the house. There were some minor hiccups, but AK was very responsive and ensured everything was good. We would definitely stay here again."

"Our stay was highly disappointing due to numerous unresolved issues. The hot tub and room fans were not working upon arrival, and despite reporting them on day one, they were never fixed. The steep driveway was covered in two inches of ice, making it dangerous. Managment only provided two bag of salt, which was ineffective. Street parking required permits, but managment stated that street parking is not allowed even though the community security office stated the owner of the property is...
