"A wonderful place to stay in Split. Luka, the host, was so helpful - with everything from room location/check-in info to letting us know where the best pizza place was! The room was cozy, clean and quiet. The breakfast was a unexpected treat! A beautiful location and yummy food. Luka was also very accomodating in letting us store our luggage. "The front of the building has an elevator but the back of the building were our rooms are located has none. You have to go out the front building and walk to the side and enter the doors of the back building which I feel is unsecured. It could dark at nights and might stepped on dog poop(?). Else everything is fine. You have to ask for a kettle since they didn't leave one in our room. There is a receptionist at least always. Taxi or Uber could not enter the narrow road and needs to walk a little bit only."

There was also a washing machine and a couple of all in one tabs which was helpful. Very central but also easy to park close by. As this was an apartment, we could have cooked, everything was provided, as well as a coffee machine. Couldn’t fault it at all. Breakfast was up the road in a small cafe, also nice"

"Ok so lots of things I like about this property and have stayed here before but things that need improved. Great location in the heart of Riva but on the outer edge, so parking a scooter is easy. Waterfront 2-5 mins walk. Most properties in Riva don't have elevators and you have to carry your luggage up several flights of narrow stairs. This property has an elevator but it shakes a little and needs maintenance. Never met anyone at the front desk from Prima Luce, and was able to check in with a host from the sister company Proma Life. Room was large and clean, fridge didn't work. TV remote also didn't work. There is a mini supermarket on the 1st floor and Taxi and Bus stop immediately out front. Would stay here again because of location elevator and large clean rooms and price"
