"I reached there quite late, but my room key waited me at the front desk (open door to the reception), so it was a nice surprise. The room was absolute modern, clean, smart. I felt the designer smartness. Unfortunately I saw just one lady who was the receptionist, cooker, administrator, housekeeper in one, so I had to wait at least 15 mins until the lady finished a long phone conversation. I asked three fried eggs, but because she had to look multiple things at once, the bottom of the eggs...

"Rooms are clean but no AC, it was so hot I couldn't stay with my kids. We have to move out within 2 to 3 hrs. Management will have to do something about it. During the summer, provide AC to make guests comfortable."

"We arrived late and couldn't get into the hotel as the machine that we should enter the code wasn't working. There is no one at the lobby in late afternoon. There were like 10 other guests waiting outside. Someone who speaks German called a number and talked to the staff and they remotely opened the door. But then self check in machine wasn't working and it rebooted multiple times. There was a huge line of people waiting for self checlin After 45 min we could ger into our room but room was...
