"Lovely, clean, and comfortable, perfect for two people. Well appointed apartment. Excellent location. We enjoyed the garden also. Check-in process was a bit confusing as this was our first time to visit the area and we did not know that we were expected to arrive at the listed check-in time. Host was very accommodating in calling us and setting up an alternate way to check in. Apartment lists a washer but we could not find one. We would suggest including a guide/sheet in the apartment...

"The hotel was very central, the staff were friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable. The breakfast was very tasty, and the terrace on the top floor was a great place to sit and have breakfast or an evening drink and enjoy the fabulous view of the lake and the town. There were nice touches like a pass for public transportation. It would have been nice to have a safe in the room and tea/coffee making facilities."

"Modern & spotlessly clean with good parking. We chose the apartment style room with a small kitchen which was really useful, the room was fairly small but sufficient. location is good as the old town and harbour are only a short walk away. The hotel sits on the Swiss side of the border which is 30 metres away but these days unmanned!"
