"It was by far the WORST hotel i ever been to and the service was terrible. They didnt have an elevator so I told them i have a baby and they should change my room to the first floor but they denied because they said it will cost them! They didnt care bout the customer needs they didnt help me i had to carry the baby and my bags upstairs and later take it all down again even though i told them im operated and had a C section. We had 4 nights there and i told them any time possible let me go to...

"We get to the hotel and greet the receptionist and say we have a reservation and she starts speaking in german and say we don't have a reservation (i think) in a very angry way, and when i didn't understand she got even angrier and gesticulates at us, and then guy shows up that speaks good enough english and we ask what's wrong and he says nothing and we get our key. "Die FeWo liegt im Souterrain des Schlosses und ist sehr geräumig.. Sie ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden.Am Schloss befindet sich ein weitläufiger Park. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und lädt zum Entspannen ein.Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr reichlich und gut."
