"The location was excellent as it was very easy to access the old town, yet it was away from the crowds and noise when you wanted to retreat to your room or the hotel lounge to relax. Staff were very helpful and room was a good size with a fantastic view. Very much enjoyed my stay and would stay here anytime I come back to Lucerne."
