"Great location with views of the area and walking distance to Lucerne. The balcony was a pleasant surprise. Room size and bathroom were good size. Only downside was the restaurant was closed on Monday during our stay which forced us off the property to find our meals."

"Absolutely phenomenal! From the moment we arrived at Hotel Engel in Emmetten, the staff went above and beyond—helping with laundry, offering brilliant touring tips, and solving our transportation challenges. Every meal was a culinary delight, and the hospitality was unmatched. Warm, professional, and genuinely caring, the team made our stay unforgettable, especially the Owner!
