"Love the room, it was huge, as was the bathroom with a great walk in shower. Bed was so comfy Staff were really helpful when we arrived and if we had subsequent queries. Breakfast had a very good selection of hot and cold. I wish we could get Breakfast like that in the UK. They also made omelette to order. We ate in the bar a few times in the evenings which was also good. Convenient location for most things. Easy reach of Dam square, centraal station and the metro."

"Love the history and character of this hotel. The service is incomparable and the staff is amazing. Bedding was very comfortable. Jansz restaurant was wonderful as was the Pulitzer Bar. I do wish our room had better lighting but that’s a minor issue. Great location! We hadn’t intentionally planned to be there on King’s Day and it was a bit overwhelming. The staff was helpful in informing us on what to expect and made us feel very comfortable with available services when we wanted to take a break from the outside. Highly recommend the Pulitzer!"

"overall, it was a good enough stay at Park Centraal Amsterdam but not up to the level I expected with the pictures, and price tag. The quality of the room was not as nice as expected, road noise was bad, poor lighting, no fan in bathroom or room. Front desk employees were nice, but gave us wrong information on pricing for a taxi and we had to pay more than I would have paid because we were given incorrect info. The lobby is beautiful, but rooms and the price did not align."

"I booked two rooms during the tulip season, but the weather was not favorable. Therefore, we expected heating in the rooms, and there was none in either of them. Everyone complained about the same issue. Additionally, the breakfast is not the same as in 2020; it is significantly inferior."
