Amazing staff. Friendly, professional and efficient. Located as central as it can be. Beautiful tasteful interior with deep big windows. Breakfast was delicious. I wish the pillows could have been more comfortable. A bit too thick and hard.

We thought the room was very comfortable, and the location was great for us. Have no comments on amenities, or eco friendliness, and didn't look around the entire property. We thought the breakfast was very good, and the room was very good value for the money. We didn't spend a lot of time in Kristianstad, but we liked what we saw.

Excellent service & breakfast

The staff service level is just amazing. Friendly, service minded and there when you need them. We stayed for one night but would love to come back. Breakfast was great with a lot to choose from, both warm dishes, yoghurt and lots of fresh fruit. We didnt get the jacuzzi to work but the room overall was clean and spacious. We will be back!

Riktigt varmt bemötande personal

Fantastiskt bemött av deras personal. Även städarna hade ett varmt leende och var väldigt snälla mot vår dotter. Det är sällan man får sådan behjälplig personal och varmt välkomnande.

Vattenriket

Fick ett rum på tredje våningen, men en krånglande hiss gjorde det lite jobbigt. Fick dock byta rum till ett på första och som dessutom var större och finare. Mycket tillmötesgående personal och fantastisk frukost. Dock bäddades eller städades rummet mellan de två nätterna vi var där.
