"Clean room with stunning views of Old Fort and Albania. Reception, bar, and roof top restaurant staff were all excellent and very helpful with only staff who were good but not to the high standard of other areas being breakfast staff. Breakfast basic with cooked food barely warm and eggs solid. Well situated hotel in an interesting area of the town with the undoubted highlight being the rooftop restaurant where food and service was very good but early evenings views particularly of sunset and moon rising outstanding. Stay there again without hesitation."

"The room was clean and smelled pleasant; everything was very simple yet harmonious and very comfortable, with an excellent mattress. Breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and welcoming. (There was no one available at night to carry the luggage up to the room on the first floor—there is no elevator—but everything went fine.) The air conditioning worked well; I didn't use the bar."

"The staff was fantastic and the view from the hotel is really nice. We felt very relaxed and well cared for while onsite. Unfortunately, I came down with terrible food poisoning the last night I was there which was an awful way to end the trip. Luckily my husband and I ate different things for dinner that night and he did not get sick."

"Fabulous staff, always willing to help. Food is amazing including the evening buffet. Only problem was our air conditioning didn’t work but it wasn’t a huge problem. Pools were a little too cold but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Was great to spend the day at Avali hotel too! Would highly recommend both hotels."
