This oasis of peace, surrounded by olive groves, offers complete privacy and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle, while still being close to all the island’s key attractions. This traditional stone house, over 100 years old, has been carefully renovated and modernized to provide a unique and comfortable living experience.
The entire property includes a spacious holiday home, a summer kitchen, a swimming pool, a large terrace, and a covered parking area. The house is air-conditioned and offers wireless internet, ensuring a comfortable stay even during hot summer days. A washing machine and a carport for three vehicles are also available, making it convenient for guests arriving with multiple cars. The house accommodates up to two dogs, making it ideal forpet owners. The fully fenced property surrounded by nature provides a safe and relaxing environment for both guests and their furry friends.
The interior of the villa is designed to combine functionality and comfort. On the ground floor, you will find a bright, open space that includes a kitchen, dining area, and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances for preparing meals, while the dining area offers a large table, perfect for gathering together. The living room features a comfortable sofa, an armchair, and a smart TV. The ground floor also has a modern bathroom with a shower, toilet, towels, and a hairdryer.
The first floor houses two bedrooms and an additional bathroom. The main bedroom features a double bed, a spacious wardrobe, and air conditioning. Nicht empfehlenswert

Es war kein Urlaub für uns. Nach Besichtigung wurde sofort storniert. Wir sind 1100 km gefahren, um eine Baustelle zu besichtigen. Carport wurde als Baumaterial-Lager benutzt, das halbe Grundstück war abgesperrt und für uns nicht zugänglich. Die Sauberkeit ließ auch zu wünschen übrig.Das einzig gute war, das das Geld problemlos zurück überwiesen wurde.
