Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 125 sqm and can accommodate up to 7 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the vestibule. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room 15 sqm and with 1 additional bed at sitting area, lounge and TV. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture, 1 table, 6 chairs and 6 sunloungers. Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen 15 sqm and with dinette, dishwasher, gas stove (4 burners), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bathroom 6 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer, window and washing machine.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms each 12 sqm and with 1 double bed. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom 12 sqm and with 2 single beds. Bathroom 6 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Skrpčići, district Skrpčići. The holiday home is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Hedge or wire/stone fence around the garden Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.
