Amazing 5 night family stay at the property with 2 adults and 3 pre teen kids. The hotel is lovely, food is good and the convenience for the skiing is great.
So comfortable and cozy. The staff was amazing. Me and my family never wanted to leave.

Everything works but room for improvement
Love the ski area which is super for kids, good ski-instructors and Restaurant Olympique in the mountains is nice. However, don't expect a Spa Hotel or classical Højfjeldshotel. Though you have everything at hand and within reach, this hotel is more a mix of Lalandia and the Oslo ferry located in the mountains (restaurants, pool, rooms, service).
We were passing the area. The hotel on the road had no room anymore. We decided to get on to the top of the mountain to this resort style hotel. We were surprised by the quality of the hotel. Recommended
The Family had a Excellent time it was our first time skiing the resort and something available for all levels, facilities are very good, staff friendly highly recommend for a holiday, I would recommend to ask for a early check in when arriving
We had a issue with ski rental it took almost 2 hours to resolve meaning we only had 1 hour skiing on our first day as the slopes closed at 3.30pm so check opening times before you arrive.
Recommend booking the spa early as it gets very busy at peak holiday times
We stayed in this hotel during the UK February half term but it didn't feel too busy.
The executive suite was spacious and had everything we needed. We used the kitchen to make few meals during the week but also had the buffet dinner in the hotel few times. The pizza place was nice too.
Great position next to the ski slopes but we usually headed to the other side of the resort.
Hotel pool with a sauna and a hot tub were not too busy.
The breakfast times were sometimes quite busy with lots of tables not being cleared quick enough but that would be my only gripe. Lovely selection of food at the breakfast buffet.
Would stay again.
We had a pleasant stay at the hotel, and we would like to thank the receptionist for upgrading us to a suite — we truly appreciated that thoughtful gesture. However, there are a few points we would like to share as feedback.
As a couple, it was a bit inconvenient that the bed in our suite was two single beds put together rather than a true double bed. On our second night, it was also quite noisy outside with people talking and drinking late, which unfortunately made it difficult to get proper rest on our last night.
On the positive side, the restaurant buffet was excellent, with great quality and variety. However, the takeaway food was not as good and could benefit from more options. It was also a little disappointing that the Starbucks coffee shop did not open before 11 am, as many guests might enjoy having coffee earlier in the day.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but with a few improvements, the experience could have been even better.

Too big for its facilities and service
Waaay too big for the facilities and services it offers. Has only two restaurants to cater the entire huge hotel so be prepared to wait. Gym/spa is packed and the lockers thus often quite dirty. The room service does not exist and you have to ask for towels explicitly which is odd for a spa. Equally odd is that there are no bathrobes or slippers offered. The service people are kind but very very young and inexperienced - usually just standing still. The "better spa" costs extra - the public pool is full of kids. Oh the kids - this place is filled with kids running and screaming - filled I tell you!
It has literally everything you need, even if in poor quality, so it is good for families. Not for couples.
The slopes are good though! It's easy to get around although the lifts can get crowded.
Booked double room told “we only have singles we’re full” Eventually found me a bed,and discovered they were far from full.Ate in the restaurant served a cold burger and fries, which they exchanged immediately, but not what you expect.Won’t be going back.
It is a great hotel with great location in the winter, but really needs an upgrade / shine up now ! Room was quite dirty - marks on the walls from previous users. Bathroom very small and in general tiny room for a high price. The hotel is also very dark inside. Otside walls needs staining. I have been here many times, but now I really see the lack of maintanance over years affecting the standard. Not worth the money today.

Frukosten har det man kan önska sig. Mycket bra!

Fint sted!!!!
