"Aufenthalt O. K. Wohnung ist zweckdienlich eingerichtet aber auch nicht mehr. Schöner Balkon neben Baumkronen. Wellnessbereich war gut, obwohl das Dampfbad grĂ¶ĂŸtenteils nicht in Betrieb war. Wegen der nahen Hauptstraße war der Verkehr gut vernehmbar. Wohnung im 3. Stock und Fahrstuhl auf die letzten Tage ausgefallen. MĂŒhselig mit dem GepĂ€ck bei der Abreise. Alles in allem in dieser Konstellation nicht wieder. "

"Die ganze Ferienwohnung - Anlage ist sehr schön gelegen und sehr gepflegt und sauber. Alles ist sehr gut organisiert, so dass man sich schnell zurecht findet. Auch die Wohnung war sehr schön geschnitten mit einem großen Balkon einschließlich Gartenmöbel mit Auflagen. Die Residenz liegt direkt am Balmer See, so dass man direkt von der Unterbringung ĂŒber einen Steg in den See steigen kann, wirklich genial . Und das Wetter hat bei uns auch mit gespielt . Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen."

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und an der reichlichen Ausstattung gab es nichts auszusetzen - es war ein nettes Detail, das es Bilder an den Innenseiten der SchranktĂŒren in KĂŒche gab, wo das Inventar hin soll. Die Nutzung der Terrasse fiel leider bis auf 2 abende mehrheitlich dem kĂŒhlen Wetter zum Opfer ... Der Ferienpark liegt etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums und Bahnhof (ca. 1 km) - fĂŒr nicht mobile Urlauber zu beachten. Wir waren mit Auto...

"Lovely area, peaceful and lots of walking opportunities. Easy to get to by local transport, bus or train. Walking into binz for restaurants and supermarkets. Lovely beach stretching for miles. Great sand and not busy. But for us in may the water temperature was cold. Hotel apartment was spacious and had a nice balcony. Check in at 4pm, so pretty late however they keep your luggage for you. You have to pay three days tax for staying two nights, never had that before. And it's 10 euros to use the pool. Overall a good place."
