"Die Wohnung an sich ist ok, aber dringend renovierungsbedürftig, z.B. fleckiger Teppichboden. Unangenehmer Geruch in der gesamten Wohnung. Ausserdem waren etliche Spinnen in den Zimmerecken und Spinn- und Staubweben an den Decken/Wänden. Zum Teil waren die Geräte/Steckdosenleisten eingestaubt.
