⚓ Hoffmann vacation apartment in a quiet and central location in Greetsiel ⚓

The Hoffmann vacation rental is located on the first floor in a great location in the idyllic fishing village of Greetsiel. The picturesque harbor is just a few minutes’ walk away across the dike. The vacation rental accommodates four people. Pets are not allowed. Local amenities are also readily available. There is a grocery store in the immediate vicinity, which can be reached in just a few minutes on foot, by car, or by bike. Please feel free to contact us with any questions so we can accommodate your needs and make your stay in the vacation rental as pleasant as possible.

Optionally, you can book bed linens (€12 per person) and/or towels (€7 per person).

The vacation rental is furnished so that our guests have everything they need. In addition to the four beds, a crib is also available. The south-facing balcony is especially inviting in the summer for spending cozy hours in the sunshine. We also offer guests the option to do their laundry right in the apartment, as there is a washing machine in the storage room.

The visitor’s tax is calculated based on the length of stay. From March 15 through October 31 of each year, the daily rate is as follows:

a.) for persons 16 years of age and older 2.60 €
b.) for persons aged 6 and older through age 16 €0.50

During the remaining period, per day

a.) for persons aged 16 and older €1.30
b.) for persons aged 6 to 16 0.25 €

Persons with a disability rating of 80% or higher receive a 50% discount.
Persons with a 100% disability are exempt from the spa tax.
