"Der CheckIn verlief sehr unkompliziert. Das Haus war Innen und Außen wunderbar sauber und gepflegt. Informationen zum Haus und zur Umgebung/Sehenswürdigkeiten lagen gut sichtbar bereit. Der Austausch mit dem Eigentümer lief via Whatsapp sehr zügig und freundlich. Wir haben uns ab dem ersten Tag sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Ferienhaus und Vermieter absolut empfehlen! "We stayed in octuber one week and enjoyed the lovely house, garden and pool. The house is very clean, nice furnished, every room is spacious and has an own bathroom. There are three towels for every guest included. The owner lives next door and is very kind. Beach, bakery or Pula city center are just a few minutes away."

"Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit Pool unweit von Barban. Sehr ruhig gelegen, allerdings - wir sind in einen Dorf - krähen die Hähne am Morgen (aber nicht sehr laut hörbar). Wir hatten das Grundstück für uns. Es hat richtig Spaß gemacht! Das Weinmuseum im Ort sollte besucht werden (empfehlenswert)."

"Idealer Ort um Istrien zu erkunden. Sehr netter Vermieter. Zum Empfang gab es Bier, Wein und eine Platte mit Wurst und Käse aus dem Restaurant nebenann. Alles vorhanden was man braucht, sogar ein Jacuzzi.Vielen Dank, wir würden wieder kommen."

"Das kleine nette Häuschen in einer sehr ruhigen natürlichen Gegend mit Garten zum grillen und draußen verweilen umgibt alles was man zum Urlaub benötigt! Eine Wohnküche mit einem älteren Bad mit Waschmaschine ! Die beiden geräumigen Schlafzimmer jeweils mit Schrank und Spiegelschrank! Die Betten sind durchgelegen , deshalb mein Punktabzug "

"This is the most beautifully designed and furnished villa with a great pool and outdoor sunbathing area. It is situated in a lovely village with a cafe, restaurant and convenience store. It is close to beaches and there are many wonderful places to explore a car ride away. Dudo, the owner, who lives next door is an exceptional host. The perfect balance between unobtrusive and helpful, Dudo provided lots of excellent recommendations for places to visit and eat. We had a wonderful fun family...

Perfect for the family!

"Fantastic place to bring young kids! Right on the most beautiful lagoon with so many fun options for the kids to play- water slide, inflatable, snorkeling. Our apartment had two bedrooms, a very well-appointed kitchenette, and a little living room. Easy and beautiful walk into town, or can take a bike taxi or the tourist train. Excellent, kind service. It was great for our family and we’d love to stay here again!"

"Great hotel/resort, message parlor also, the breakfast and dinner buffet were amazing! Easy what to the beach, which offer activities for families also. Mini golf, table tennis tables, rent a jet ski/boat. Also, a 5 minute drive to the old town of Porec. Love it! "

Well organised & maintained very large site

"Although a very large site, it is well maintained & organised. There is plenty of space to move around & enjoy the sea. Our caravan was special sharing a small pool with only a few other caravans. We will be revisiting."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return. Great pool area and private beach right out front. Private villas with good parking. Good food options on site and great location close to Rovinj, which is just a beautiful town. Staff is very nice and helpful."
