"Considering the apartments are in the midst of an ongoing war, it is impressive to see how the gated community has adapted to enforce curfew, have excellent facilities, restaurants and playgrounds on site. Great apartment, excellent shower, TV, comfy bed, washing machine, kettle all you need! "

"Since there was but only 1 other review of this hotel, I wanted to give equal justice. The only negative point was of the location of receiving the key. My Fiance had made a call a few days ahead of our arrival to confirm our dates as requested by the Apt. staff. In an alley that was controlled by a watchman made the location of the Apartment feel safer. Great location to the Metro station and other good quality cafe's and other shops. The room was recently remodeled and look to be in good shape...

Clear instructions on how to get there (important! as came two hours late - train delay), immediate reactions via whatsapp, clean - loads of restaurants close by and Kyiv Opera is 5 mins walking. Both Figaro and Nabucco were excellent. Room was nice and tidy, bedroom (upstairs) also very good."
