"What I dont like was the late check-in due to room was not ready. We were 45 minutes late but room was still not ready. However, we were compensated with an hour late checked out. Love the location. Situated next door to Pavilion, a shopping haven. 8 minutes drive to KLCC and TRX Exchange Mall. 25 minutes away from KL East Mall. Great food available to late hour. So convenient. The staff at the hotel are friendly, helpful and always with a smile. Top service shown by every staff we encountered. We had a fabulous time and would definitely make a come back to this hotel for our annual KL trip. "

"Good location, short walk to Pavilion mall KL via the covered walkway from the Banyan Tree hotel next door. Small part of the walkway is unsheltered, but location is convenience enough. "

"Four nights stayed. Didn’t take breakfast. So I don’t know it is good or bad. But the location very near two minutes walk to find restaurants and seven eleven. So can find foods with good rate very easily. The location is excellent "
