EQ Kuala Lumpur was a fantastic hotel for our stay in the city. The place was immaculate and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It's location is really good for the center of town and easy to access tourist spots. Our room was spacious and clean, with a lovely view and comfy bed. The breakfast was great and had loads of options. We also had lovely room service and enjoyed drinks at the amazing Sky51 bar, which guests can access too. Thank you!

We loved our stay at EQ. The staff were very helpful and accommodating and offered a late checkout without asking given we arrived so late and were just staying 1 night. The breakfast buffet was a highlight with lots of choice even for my celiac daughter.

All staff very helpful & attentive. We were one towel short in our room, but when contacted reception they sent a towel within 2 minutes. Provided us with a later check out of 2pm without any problems & we left bags at hotel after we had checked out & came back later to used the shower & changing the facilities in the gym, which were excellent, before going to the airport for late flight. Swimming pool had amazing views and would definitely stay here again.

Staff were all friendly and extremely helpful in all areas of the hotel that we used. They were all keen to do their very best for us. Nothing was too much trouble. There were a number of elevators in the hotel which meant minimal wait times. Our room was clean, tidy and spacious. The complimentary mini bar drinks and snacks were a bonus. There was an excellent array of toiletries. Beds were comfortable. We are still trying to work out the function of a "black glass mirror" though in the main area of the room. A regular glass mirror would be much more functional. The breakfast buffet was extensive and offered a wide variety of both western and local cuisine. The coffee was lovely too. The staff in the breakfast area were efficient and very friendly. The location was quite close to shopping malls. We would stay here again and would recommend this hotel to others.

We've stayed in so many places around the world, over 30 years, and this has been our best-ever experience in terms of accommodation. I'm always glad to get home and we have a nice bed - but I even miss the hotel bed! The word 'luxurious' doesn't do it justice. The staff treat you like you are their family, which is rare in a very big hotel. Breakfast astonishingly varied and of the utmost quality, with a range of national dishes. Room service outstanding - all products are replenished as soon as they get used! Totally professional operation, hugely recommended. Oh - nearly forgot the pool!! Again, top quality and also has a smaller pool next to it with hot water, Jacuzzi things etc. not 5 out of 5, but 100 out of 100!

We had a pleasant stay at EQ Kuala Lumpur. The confirmed cake, rose and card were not ready when we entered the room, but the team responded promptly and arranged them shortly after. The valet team was efficient, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. We did not opt for breakfast. Overall, an enjoyable stay with courteous service.
