Have a great experience during the check in process, whereby staff Kelly provide a very friendly services and went an extra mile to provide me with detail food recommendations and advice on transport. Room is also clean and aircon is strong. The only area for improvement will be the weak water pressure of the showering head. But overall, its a great experience and i will definitely book this hotel again for my next KL visit.

Really close to food and popular shopping mall

The hotel is super convenient as it’s walking distance to Berjaya Time Square as well as Pavilion. 24hrs convenient store r super near by too. Craving for hotpot oso not an issue as e restaurant opposite opens till 5am. Famous The Oversea Restaurant is just next door. The staffs were super friendly and helpful as well. Just the carpet is kinda dirty and the shower drainage were slow towards our last day of stay. Highly recommended place to stay for the convenience of shopping.

Great location. This is my third stay at the hotel. Competitive rate. I understand it is Ramadan but to have music that loud at the reception area is quite annoying especially when one has to sit at there while waiting for a ride.

Location is very good in this price. so far is clean and tidy. The shower pressure low, the water comes out bit slow, but water is hot enough. The shower tube is bit small. The first day after check in, we went out till 11pm. The room card was not working. The staff comes and check found that the door lock is out of battery, and need to spent some time to fix it. Don't understand why they haven't keep maintain this basic facilities functioning well. However due to the location is convenience and price is good, still considerable.

Good stay at good price

Hotel nearby all important locations. Walking distance to MRT, monorail for transportation needs. Room is good for 2 pax but may be abit squeezy. Don't expect much channels on TV if you do switch it on. Aircon works well and shower is also good. Space in room sufficient for 2 pax, if more than 2 luggages might be squeezed.
