The hotel is in a central location although there are limited facilities in the immediate area. The car park uses lifts for the cars, which are quite difficult to get in an out of the car. The bathroom in the room is very small, with the door opening inwards rather than sliding. This means you have to move yourself awkwardly around the toilet to close the door

Had booked this hotel for an overnight stay in KL. So there are 2 Dorsett hotels across from each other - This one is the economical one. Would recommend only for a very short trip. The breakfast option is there but it has very limited options.

Very Solid Hotel in a central location

Had two rooms for the four of us (two teenage boys). Was conveniently located in a good area, and was clean and well kept. Would certainly stay there again.

Please AVOID this hotel if possible

The soundproof is extreme terrible. You can hear the guest next to your room wash hands, flush, showing, evening talking. The room is not very clean. The guest before me had used the cup to brush the teeth and they dont clean it and they just put the cup back to next guest. Also, i found a clipped nail on the floor. Please AVOID this hotel if possible.

值得贊是員工非常有禮貌、服務也很很好。是次入住原因是和家人小孩入住、非常接近柏威年廣場、之前也入住付近的酒店非常方便、和小孩是免費入住、但是前住柏威年廣場帶著小孩非常麻煩、因為沒有交通燈或班馬線方便行人、橫過馬路非常危險、酒店付近一片爛地。下次不會考慮再次入住。

此旅館雖沒有附近大飯店或網紅等級的完整設施（沒有游泳池），但是地點位置極佳、房間光線良好、整齊清潔、早餐簡單卻營養衛生、並附有小型健身房。稱得上是「麻雀雖小五臟俱全」的商旅型小飯店。看得出管理團隊的用心，得以在四、五星飯店林立的黃金地段，以高性價比取勝。
