Noises from train movement for rooms facing the train track. Room is not clean. Water pressure is good, staff are friendly. Hope property will improve room cleanliness in the future. CIMB facing rooms affected by track noise
Room cleanliness is okay. There are spots where it's dusty but yet the important thing like the bed etc are all clean. The one thing that is slightly annoying lately is the fact that you can no longer keep the A/C ventilating the room while you're out as you need an actual key card from them. They will claim that there is insufficient card always.
This hotel is amazing, nice and clean throughout, I love the infinity pool on the 29th floor with a fantastic view of the city, and the roof top has a sky deck where you can sunbath and relax. I would stay here again in future.

Liked: Property conditions & facilities
Fairly comfortable stay but traffic noise disturbed our rest.
Security guard at the front of the hotel 24/7
Clean rooms
Great Air Conditioning
Room was a bit on the small side, but managable.
No shower door meaning half of the bathroom was wet when coming out from the shower.
Decent location with a number of eateries just across the room.
Will stay again when we are next in the area.
This is the best hotel for value for money. I have stayed here many times and will continue to choose this for most of my KL visit.
Location is not so near public transport but grab being so cheap in Malaysia, you can grab a taxi to anywhere
Hotel may not have restaurant but again you can get food delivered from anywhere in 10-15 mins and have it at level 1 .
The hotel has excellent internal facilities, but unfortunately the staff is terrible. They seem unwilling to speak English with us and won’t help with even the most basic things. I asked for a fork and was refused — I found that absurd. The hotel itself has a good structure, and the room is small but acceptable. What really bothered me was the staff’s attitude.
Housekeeping for Floor 22 is excellent :) Thank you to housekeeping for being so dedicated in your job, kind and patient and doing a good job, which is so important to guests.
Great location and good value for money. However, the hotel ignored the special message I sent about my after midnight check-in, and decided to assign me a low-floor, highway-facing room that was located near the service lift door. The noise from the highway and service staff doing housekeeping in the morning was just unbearable. Reception staff was being stern and inflexible, but got her job done.
The property on arrival wasn’t clean enough. There was hair on the floor and bed, and the room smelt quite bad. I asked to get a different room straight away. They happily agreed with me and gave me a room that was a lot cleaner. The services available to you are 10/10. Breakfast is good, pool has a nice view, and there are a lot of restaurants opposite which serve Asian food.

Disliked: Cleanliness
The check in was definitely not pleasant. We did not meet any of the staff after check in. At check out, I handed the keys in and the staff asked if I had a car, I didn’t. He said thanks. He did not engage with me nor I with him.
We were in our room most of the time. The food hall across the hotel was convenient.
The room was pretty average didn’t look like the photos on the website. The chap who gave us fresh towels on Sat was cheerful.
The bed linen was stained, it was just turn over, very unhygienic practice. I had to unclog the shower drain.. completely caked in hair , yuk!
Definitely not as pleasant as Komune Living and Wellness.
Arrived at 11pm, took 35mins to check in due to long que (only 1 person as receptionist & working very slow)
The room has no trash can, amenities, & drinking water. Alao shocked to ser how small the room was.
