Very convenient location with a friendly host

Very convenient location, close to train, jalan alor eat street (touristy food), 3 local shopping malls, local restaurants and great massage. Hotel has all amenities you need, reception is friendly with good local recommendations.

1st night of my 3 night stay was in a very sub-standard room. Thankfully, the female receptionist had warned me, and offered a replacement, which was good. Hotel in the heart of the rather seedy tourist strip. Everything very close. Budget hotel, but would stay again...just not in Room 207

Directly behind Alor Street

Hotel is located directly behind Alor Street which is excellent, as you can get food easily at nights and it is a bustling area, especially towards the weekends. There's also spectacular mural artworks in front and behind the hotel. The hotel is less than 5 mins walking distance from the Bukit Bintang Station. (Dark green line, entrance A). Service from the front desk is impeccable. One can also request for housekeeping only when required. Love the glass bathroom in the single room that I had.

Location was excellent. Train station, pavilion mall and the market were all within the walking distance and accessible. Wifi was not working from about 8pm onwards probably due to the market.

アロー通りからとても近くて賑やかな場所にあります。 ホテルスタッフとはチェックインの時しか話さなかったし、タオルなどこちらからお願いしないと交換はしてくれないので、あまり干渉されたくない人にはいいと思います。 朝ごはんも含まれていましたが、いまいちで初日だけで翌日からは外で食べました。 シャワーは熱いお湯が出ます。

L’unica nota positiva di questa struttura è la posizione, ovvero trovarsi nel quartiere Bukit Bintang. Per il resto, non vale la pena: struttura fatiscente e scarsissima pulizia della stanza (muffa sul lavandino, lenzuola sporche, ragnatele sui soffitti).

Good location, close to Jalan Alor, but luckily room was still very quiet. Breakfast is included, served in an nice bar. Room is small but good. Shower and bathroom are good.

Lo bueno: el staff, ya que me ayudó cuando lo solicité. Lo malo: la limpieza, estaba horrible. El baño tenía un olor entre cigarro y húmedo que hacía insoportable entrar, las paredes están manchadas por todos lados (no ayuda que la habitación sea blanca), y hay mosquitos!!!. Es el hotel más terrible en el que he estado en mucho tiempo. Otra cosa mala, aunque reconozco que a mí no me afectó, es que el hotel está ubicado cerca de una zona muy activa por las noches, lo que puede dificultar el descanso

このサイトには、朝食が有料と書いてありましたが、そのようなサービスはありませんでした。 また、デポジットがRM100必要と記載がありましたが、デポジットは不要でした。 宿泊税の徴収もありませんでした。 前回宿泊した時は、チェックイン時に、現金によるデポジットと宿泊税の支払いが必要でした。 サービス内容や必須の手数料の記載が正しくないため、記載を更新した方がいいと思います。 部屋は冷蔵庫、ドライヤー、金庫、コーヒーメーカがあり、設備はいいです。ハンガーも十分ありました。ただし、部屋の電球のスイッチが壊れているものがあり、不便でした。USB充電ポートはありません。 総合的に判断すると、価格相当のホテルであり、充実した部屋を求めなければ問題ないと思います。

Excellent for budget hotel

Vicky, Bohay, other housekeeping guy & restaurant guy were brilliant, very friendly, polite & helpful. For very low budget accommodation, it has all you need. Free bottles of water, air con, TV, good pressurised hot shower. A very central location, lots of food choices within walking distance & good quick transport links. About an hour depending on time of day from international airport by taxi, inexpensive. Vicky was very kind & let me check in once my room was ready. Feeka coffee roastery, 5 minute walk, very good ☕👌. Night flight, so very tired & jet lagged. Very grateful 🙏

Muy sucio el lugar, todo el edificio estaba bastante sucio y viejo y las vistas eran terribles, la cama tenía manchas amarillas y olía raro, el secador estaba pegado con si ya y el lavamanos tenía un pato pegado en las manijas para poner el jabón… al quitarlo estaba asqueroso por debajo. Decidimos irnos inmediatamente porque las fotos no es la realidad y tuvimos que pagar por otro hotel. No se hospeden ahí
