Family friendly as some rooms have baths… close to Times Square and Lalaporte. Hotel food was great and not expensive. Nice pool at the top of hotel. Staff were very polite and helpful. Rooms were very nice and had own hot/ cold water unit….never seen that provision before.

Nice modern hotel. The room is clean, bright and spacious. Lots of nice eateries around the hotel too. Just one comment about the check in, I find it relatively slow, not much staff in the front desk area.

The good: The property is clean and comfortable, with a convenient location close to major attractions. The room faces away from the road, ensuring no traffic noise. The bad: Soundproofing is poor; conversations from neighboring rooms are clearly audible. Additionally, parking incurs an extra charge.

Definitely recommend

The employees are all very amiable, especially the young girl who greeted us at the counter when we checked in, she was very patient. The room was very neat and clean, and the view was great. But what surprised me even more was the variety of fruits, snaks, drinks that all came with the room and that’s not the end of it, they even have a capsule coffee machine in the room. I will definitely come back if I have the chance ! BTW, there is a Starbucks in their hotel too.

At first I was very satisfied with the hotel the overall staying experience and the room condition, apart from the location is not so city center. The 2nd day I found some tiny small insects moving along the sink area, and also on the towel near the sink, this affected the overall impression. I think the insects were attracted by humidity and water near the sink.

Pleasant enough stay for 4 nights. However some things that made the stay not enjoyable, completely filthy under the bed, I’m talking crayons, plastic and all sorts. Did not feel safe standing outside all the time for a cigarette. On the last night there was a ‘party’ with a huge obnoxious group. Meant I could not enjoy the skyline one last time, have a drink at the bar, or smoke as they surrounded me, all drunk and uncomfortably close. Also the air con in the room is hard to regulate, either too hot or too cold. I will say that all the staff were fantastic and very helpful during my stay, so 5 stars to them! Easy enough to jump in a grab to get to main tourist attractions.
