Upon arrival it was pouring with rain, the hotel blocks their entrance with a no parking sign, so guests get drenched getting out of the taxi and fetching their suitcases from the boot of the car. No one offers to help make light work of the situation either. The rain fall off from the overhang of course drenches one even further before getting inside. So not a good start to any check-in. The rooms are not well sound proofed either, you can hear people coming and going from their rooms, talking, and cleaners outside working. I have travelled for over 24 years globally, there are better choices out there. So, would I stay again, sadly no. Overall the staff though are very friendly, polite and try hard.
