Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
You guys confirmed my booking, by the time we get there my book confirmation wasn’t there. I wrote an email to your management, they haven’t replied on my email. I believed I have been scammed by Expedia, never again to book with you guys. The receptionist in that hotel was rude and unhelpful
