Airconditional not functional very well.. calling receptionist but no one pick up the phone.. no towel when check in.. late evening after calling their operation manager then i get the towel..

Fantastic price, speedy free wifi, easy accessible

I am here for conference at Crystal Ballroom, Mines 2. It was about 10-minutes-journey from the hotel. The location is very strategic as you can find mamak stall next to the hotel. Even there are many chinese restaurant near the surrounding. Free parking is accessible, and you can park your vehicle without worrying about your vehicle as the area is 24-hour business hour. I found that the room is considerably quiet even though the hotel is near crowd places (mamak 24-hour stall, chinese restaurant, 7e, etc). The great thing about the hotel is their speedy free wifi. You can stream youtube video without bufering.
